Bought from them a product in a black friday sale. First they delayed the delivery date, today they sent me email that says delivery date will be later specified.... if your website says you have it, and you dont have it, than that is in my books a scam, because i couldve bought the same produkt with 5€ difference and faster delivery on a black friday sale,and im not waiting another year for black friday to buy this at the price i expected it If i ask a refund now, i have to buy the same product for at least 40€ more, on some other page, because on theirs its 70€ more this is false advertising. wont buy from them again.

Deliveries are delayed. It promoted itself that items that are on stock are sent for shippment on the next day. According to the original timeline, I should already have the order, but I still do not even have the tracking number....

My last experience with Alza was terrible. They delivered me wrong product, and made it extremely difficult to return even. It was supposed to be a gift. I am ordering from MediaMarkt from now on

2019-2020: Authentic, Reliable, Punctual, Good Service, Friendly 2023: They put items on the website that they don't really have, which causes their website to show on top of searches. Double check the availability of goods with them first. You might miss the chance of buying at discounted prices on other websites just for their false information.

Went for a repair of a lens some time ago but the guy working there at the time was quite rude and told me warranty isn’t applying (which I knew already since the fault was mine), and proceeded to tell me he will not bother with a fix, even at my cost. I took it to a local camera shop later that day instead who took on the job with a smile. I don’t recommend you buying camera equipment from this company considering the rude and unwelcoming treatment I got.
